Mintáhoe also manages and operates catering and event services for Nicollet Island Pavilion, Minneapolis Central Library, Minnesota Boat Club, the Château at Medicine Lake, Saint Croix National Golf & Event Center and serves as the exclusive caterer aboard the Padelford Riverboats and exclusive beverage service provider at the James J.
