▪️Perfect Storm White: A Perfect Storm White is a light-bodied, dry white wine blend. Aromas of green apple and honey greet your senses and flavors of honeydew and orange blossom lead to a clean citrus finish.

▪️Perfect Storm Rosé: A Perfect Storm Rosé is a medium-bodied, dry rosé, showcasing intense aromas of watermelon and juicy berries. Presenting a balanced flavor profile reminiscent of rhubarb and chokecherry, with a smooth, clean finish.

▪️Ladyslipper: Light and delicate like Minnesota’s state flower, the Pink Lady’s Slipper. A blend of White Cranberry, Rhubarb, and Raspberry. Serve chilled.

▪️Edelweiss: GHV Edelweiss is a semi-sweet German-style white wine with the floral “edelweiss” nose along with honeyed peach & pear flavors. The Edelweiss grape was developed by Elmer Swenson. Serve well chilled with fruits and cheeses or to simple enjoy it by itself.

▪️Bluff Country Blush: Sweet pink blush wine with aromas of fresh fruits.

▪️Barn Quilt Red: This wine has black cherry and cherry aromas with a slight jammy mouthfeel. It finishes with medium body and structure.

▪️Edelweiss: Edelweiss offers crisp flavors of citrus and pineapple. The aromatic finish is fruity and bright on the nose. The semi-sweet taste makes this wine great with lighter seasoned foods and salads.

▪️La Crescent: La Crescent balances its floral aromatic nose with a refreshing citrus finish. The delicate balance of dry and sweet is inviting on the palate. Pair this wine with light cheeses and fruits or with a light meal of fish or chicken salad.

▪️Frontenac: Frontenac is an exciting grape variety released from the University of Minnesota viticulture program. This wine has a beautiful garnet color, a robust earthy body, and a distinctive cherry aroma.

▪️ Marquette Rosé: This wine has a vibrant deep coral color with enticing aromas of lingonberry, pomegranate and raspberry, followed by a crisp acidity with just a hint of sweetness.

▪️Marquette Reserve: Made from the winter-hardy Marquette grape, this dry red wine exhibits black currant flavors and aromas integrated with notes of blackberries, pepper and plum. Excellent with beef, pasta or wild game.Silver Medal – 2023 San Francisco International Wine Competition

▪️Itasca: Made from the winter hardy Itasca grape that was developed by the University of Minnesota, this semi-dry white wine delivers delicious aromas and flavors of vibrant tropical fruit. Itasca pairs well with seafood, poultry, white meats and dishes with cream sauces.
